  He was fine as long as I did and said ONLY what he wanted me to. The minute I asked a question I was scoffed at and dismissed. (And accused of being "condescending.") Guess how likely that is?

  Dr. Duggan and his staff are phenomenal! My teen son required emergency surgery for an open compound fracture to his arm while camping with friends. I was so impressed with Dr. Duggan and his reputation at Valley Verde Medical Center that I drove from Phoenix to Cottonwood for the past year so that Dr. Duggan could treat my son's injury until it healed completely. He is thorough, has great bedside manners, personable and confident. He and his staff were considerate of the fact we had to travel back and forth from Phoenix when scheduling appointments. We never had to wait more than ten minutes to be seen. Both surgeries when extremely well and without incident. I would consider driving to Dr. Duggan again if my family of 6 ever needed to be seen by an orthopedic specialist.

  Dr. Duggan listened to me well, and was thorough in my examination. He has a warm and professional demeanor, and made me feel confident and earned my trust. I am *very* careful about opting for surgery, and had it come to that, I would have wanted Dr. Duggan to be the one to do it. He ordered an MRI, and after reviewing it, he determined that surgery would not be the way to go. He gave me a handout with exercises instead, and prescribed physical therapy for me at my request. My only disappointment is that no one at Dr. Duggan's office walked me through the exercises at all. I would definitely see him again.
