- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Jura is a great pediatrician and my boys love her. That is Spectrum's only saving grace. Customer/Patient service is terrible, lost records, failure to send documents on several occasions. A few of the MA's could really use a course in "People skills" as well.
